To our Valued Guests, as part of our continued effort to keep the Emerald Iguana beautiful and up to date, we are in the process of remodeling and expanding our Welcome Room area, as well as remodeling some guest rooms and bathrooms. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause. Construction hours will be from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. No construction work will be done from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. We will be offering significant discounts for guests who book mid-week stays during this time. We expect construction to continue through March 2026.
